Our chemical free olive grove
Our olive grove isn’t sprayed into shape. We’ve been rebuilding the soil since 2015, feeding it with organic fertiliser instead of chemicals and clearing weeds by hand and by hoof rather than with herbicides. Our pasture raised chickens play their part too, scratching through the orchard to keep pests down and the ground fertile. Healthier soil grows healthier trees, and that’s what you taste in every olive and every drop of oil.
